Geraldine Gandolfo loves working with colour and from childhood has always felt compelled to create with her hands. After journeying through several creative mediums, glass has become her main focus now, constantly inspiring and challenging her both aesthetically and technically with the endless variety of techniques, colours and forms possible.
The execution of her work is meticulous and her attention to detail reflects her history of art making with gold and silversmithing and screenprinting techniques. Her source of art history from Mondrian to Matisse in the works presented at Artman Gallery is a reflection of the integration of her ideas within the work of this mature, emerging artist.
