Hand building and wheel forming are employed simultaneously in the creative process of Lilach’s work. Some pieces will incorporate slab building & wheel throwing elements. The clay surface is treated by layers of oxides, glazes, ceramic crayons & screen prints, requiring multiple firing to stone ware temperatures. The glazes applied are created by the artist, continually exploring unique surfaces.
